In Arena I want him to proc first with A2 (inc Crit. His heal is HP based, so while working on his survivability with a HP, the rest of the team benefits as well. The gear I have for him is high on HP, speed and a bit resist and defense. His skill set doesn’t look so impressive at first, but it is very effective for a healer, buffer and speed reducer.
